01Start with a conversation
Tell us whether your home uses public water or a private well, what has changed, and where you notice the problem. Taste, odor, staining, scale and visible particles are useful observations, but symptoms alone cannot identify every cause.
02Choose the right evaluation
An in-home assessment may include checks relevant to hardness, pH or other practical treatment questions. Specific contaminant concerns can require targeted laboratory analysis. The appropriate testing method depends on the question being asked and the information needed to guide treatment.
03Turn results into a practical plan
PFAS, lead, arsenic, nitrates, VOCs, manganese, bacteria, turbidity and dissolved solids are different concerns with different testing and treatment needs. Results should be reviewed against the intended treatment goal and the documented capabilities of the proposed equipment.
